Namgyal Treks & Tours

All bookings for tours, treks & expeditions must be made by 50% advance payment and balance completed before the start of the trip. Payments may be made in Indian Rupees (INR), Foreign currencies (USD, Euro, Yen, etc) by cash, Bank drafts or online Bank Transfer. 

We accept payments through Credit Cards and Debit Cards also.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION

1. A month before the start of the trip – 10%
2. 15 days before the start of the trip – 25%
3. A week before the start of the trip – 75%

ALTERATION OF ITINERARIES
The Agency reserves the right to alter or modify any of its itineraries, in the event of circumstances beyond its control.

INSURANCE
The clients should make personal travel insurance.

Mountaineering Expeditions Rescue by the Helicopters of Indian Air Force and Indian Army is possible only through a bank guarantee. Expedition teams are advised to deposit security amount with the Agency.
